Shipping Policy
GENERAL INFORMATION
Orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock at the time you order it, we will notify you and refund the full amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
DELIVERY LOCATIONS
The items offered on our website are shipped from Quebec, Canada and are only shipped to Canada, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Switzerland, and the United States (you can always contact us to open delivery to other countries). Additional customs fees may be due for deliveries outside of Canada. These fees are to be paid by the recipient upon receipt of the package and are in no way the responsibility of the 3 Wizards Soph Inc./Boutique des 3 Sorciers Inc.
DELIVERY TIME
An approximate delivery time will be provided to you when you place your order. Delivery times are estimates only and are calculated from the date of shipment and not the date of the order. They should be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we will make every effort to ensure that your product is delivered within twenty business days of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that we do not ship on Sundays. The delivery date may vary depending on the shipping practices of the chosen delivery company, the delivery location, the delivery method and the items ordered. It is also possible that the products will be delivered in several separate shipments.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of your order as well as the shipping method (Cheapest, Fastest, Best Value). To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you wish to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. This is where the shipping costs will be displayed once you have entered a valid shipping address. Additional fees may apply for shipping large or heavy items or to remote areas. You will be informed of these fees, if applicable, on the checkout page.
For Canada, sales taxes are charged according to the province or territory to which the item is being shipped. For deliveries outside of Canada, no sales tax will be applied at checkout. This means that additional customs fees may be due for deliveries outside of Canada. These fees are payable by the recipient upon receipt of the package and are in no way the responsibility of the 3 Wizards Shop Inc./Boutique des 3 Sorciers Inc.
