By accessing our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions, and we reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at our discretion at any time and without notice. All orders and purchases made through this site are subject to these terms and conditions. Use of this website and orders placed through it are subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein. The user is required to comply with these laws. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. All prices displayed are in Canadian dollars and all charges are processed in Canadian dollars. All prices displayed on this site are subject to confirmation. You agree to pay all charges payable in connection with your order. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items you purchase. We also reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY

We use reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within the stated timeframes. However, we are not responsible for delayed deliveries due to reasons beyond our control. All items are delivered by a third party and delivery is subject to the terms and conditions set out in their shipping contract. We reserve the right not to deliver to certain addresses. SHIPPING, OPTIONS & PRICING

Pricing varies based on the shipping zone and the rate selected (Cheapest, Fastest, Best Value). We typically ship within 48 hours of orders placed Monday through Friday if the merchandise is in stock. For regular shipping, parcels usually arrive within five to ten business days (for Canada). Delivery times are longer for international deliveries.
