Purchasing policy
CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. The order can be canceled as long as it has not left our warehouse (i.e., until the shipping label has been generated). No cancellation requests will be processed once the order has been shipped.
DELIVERY
Currently, we ship throughout Canada as well as to the Benelux, France, Switzerland, and the United States (you can always contact us to open delivery to other countries). Pricing varies depending on the shipping zone and the rate selected (Cheapest, Fastest, Best Value). We generally ship within 48 hours of orders placed Monday to Friday if the merchandise is in stock. With regular shipping, postal parcels usually arrive within five to ten business days (for Canada). Delivery times are longer for deliveries abroad. Please note that additional customs fees may be due for deliveries outside of Canada. These fees are to be paid by the recipient upon receipt and are in no way the responsibility of 3 Wizards Shop Inc./Boutique des 3 Sorciers Inc.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds.
However, if you receive a damaged item, you have 14 days to contact us at info@boutiquedes3sorciers.ca and send us photos of the item received. We will reach out to you to inform you of the possibility of making a return, if applicable. The delivery costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. It is your responsibility to ensure that returns are received at our place of business. We cannot guarantee their reception under any circumstances.
